Please note that certain fees, policies, and stay guidelines apply during your reservation and stay.

  • Check In: 3 PM - Check Out: 10 AM. Late check-out available at 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm based on availability - $150.00.
  • Prices are based on double occupancy . Extra person charge charge = 12 and older.
  • No pets are allowed with the exception of service animals on the premises.

A valid photo ID and matching credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for payment and incidentals. Guests must be at least 21 years of age. Additional charges may apply and special requests are subject to availability. All rooms are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between stays, and face coverings are optional.

Please note that reservations are non-refundable once check-in has been completed
Parking: One vehicle per room — $35 per night
Rollaway Bed: $30 per day, per bed
Full payment is required at the time of reservation.
Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to arrival will receive a $300 deposit refund per reservation.

  • The guest will be held responsible for the replacement cost of any missing or damaged items and/or furniture in the room.
  • Standard reservation rates are refundable up to 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival, or no-shows, will incur the full reservation charge.
  • Reservations become non-refundable upon check-in.

For guests with disabilities, Diane Oceanfront Suites offers a first-floor ADA-compliant room with a beautiful beachfront view. The suite features a wider hallway, comfortable furnishings, and a roll-in shower for added convenience. Guests also benefit from easy access to the parking lot through a nearby entrance, while ramps on both sides of the building provide smooth access to the boardwalk and other areas of the property.
